My dog has what looks to be 2 big blood spots on her eyes that you can see when she looks either left or right. its on the inside in the white part of her eye. My other dog attacked her and has since been put down but the dog. this dog is 10 years old eating sleeping and getting around do you think it just from the trauma of being attack and should it go away on its own. After I bathed her I saw that she had four punctures 2 in her neck and 2 in her upper head. as if she was shook by both sides.(oh and lilly broke out of her kennel knocked a bedroom door down and proceeded to attack the dog while we were at work.)
