So I got a new puppy Mud Bud Golden Retiever ?growth&housebreaking?

I have not done the puppy thing in 2 years. My dobie lillie killed my 2 small dogs and then you now tried to off my beagals so We put her down. My child and I were lonley loosing all of our dogs so I bought a retriever because I am so over doberman. He is 14 wks now when I got him he was full of puppy worms I am hoping this did not stunt his growth because when playing with my best friends dog 16wks there is a big diff in size(he is a lab).He seriously do not like his puppy chow he perfers to eat big doggie food. I have tried 2 kinds he turns his nose.Added water broth and anything eles I could so I put it is his kennel during the day to still offer it I hope this does not hurt his growth. It took 6 months to house break my dobs is it going to take the same for my little MUD BUD. AWESOMW DOG SO KIND SWEET AND NOT DOMINET AT ALL. LOVE HIM TO DEATH BEST PUPPY I HAVE HAD SINCE CHILDHOOD.

I love Goldies, my old boy is a Goldie. He's just so sensible.

I don't worry about how quickly they grow. I feed mostly raw, so my dogs get an abundance of nutrients but both grew slowly as pups. They were both also very healthy, and still are. My Goldie is coming up to 9 years of age and still keeps up with much younger dogs, beautiful white teeth, never any doggy breath. I can't remember the last time he went to the vet.

Feed the best quality food you can afford, or do some research into raw diets or home-cooked diets.

Aidan
